1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Exchanges

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible .Please contact us immediately if you wish to request a cancellation.
